The property alerts system provides buyers with a way to tell Noble Wilson about their property interests. As soon as a property mathcing their interests becomes available, an automatic notification will be emailed to them. Understanding that there are larger websites attracting more buyers, Noble Wilson decided to have their application automatically synchronise their properties to the major Australian real estate websites. Each time a property is modified, has the status changed, or has image modifications it is re-synchronised to the other sites.Property Manager
The property manager allows Noble Wilson to manage their properties with the greatest of ease. Their is a Quick Search and a Full Search to quickly limit the properties in the paginated list to the selection you require. Multiple properties can be deleted at once, and there is an undelete feature incase they change their mind. The tabs feature ensures that any specific detail in the property can be quickly viewed and edited. If you make a mistake in the form then the validation will prevent it from being saved and will create a red border around the field containing the error. This makes it fast and easy to correct your mistake before saving again.Image Manager
One of the slowest part of managing real-estate online is the image management. It involves uploading 15-30 images and then setting up the primary image and ordering the other images. Mr PHP recognised traditional web methods that made this process painful and redeveloped the concept of managing property images. Images can be uploaded all at once. Just a single selection then you can just sit back and watch the status bar as they all upload. Once the images are uploaded the administrator can simply drag and drop the images to change their order.Screenshots
