Remote Help

Mr PHP offers a secure remote help tool to allow us to connect to your PC.

How it works:

• When the help tool runs, a connection with a Mr PHP operator is requested.
• While connected, the operator will be able to see your screen and control your keyboard and mouse.
• To exit you can right click the icon in your system tray and click exit.

Security of this tool:

• The connection will only be made when you open the help.exe file and will only connect to a Mr PHP operator.
• No software is installed onto your computer. Your computers registry and system files are not modified.
• To exit you can right click the icon in your system tray and click exit. This will terminate the connection to the operator.

To use the help tool:

• Download the attached file (help.exe).
• Ensure you have an operator ready to view your computer.
• Double click the help tool. This will cause a connection screen to be displayed briefly, however a connection will automatically be selected and the operator will be connected.
